Charles is a registered Landscape Architect and a licensed Professional Planner. He graduated Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Planning and Design and attended Harvard Graduate School of Design in the Masters of Landscape Architecture program.

Charlies' experience ranges from managing a 2,500 acre land development holding in Sussex and Morris Counties, NJ to developing and constructing residential subdivisions. He is actively engaged in land use planning for private developers and land owners. His lengthy experience and expertise is a valuable asset to Schilp & Co. Realtors clients.
