When Sig Schorr, associate broker and executive vice president of Schilp & Co., LLC Realtors, an award winning brokerage firm based in Chester, assisted Rudolph Research Analytical with the purchase of a 30,500 square foot building at 55 Newburgh Road in the Long Valley section of Washington Township, the firm was so pleased with the transaction that Rudolph Research Analytical chose Schilp & Co. to sell it’s previous office building on Route 206 in the Flanders section of Mt. Olive Township. The sale of the 9,600 square foot building on more than two and-a-half acres went quickly to local investor Nicholas Salleroli, who in turn, was so impressed by Schilp & Co., he retained the firm to lease the office space at this location.
