Schilp & Co. brokers sale of Denny’s building in Randolph

John Schilp, managing member of the award winning Schilp & Co. of Chester, announced that the firm brokered the sale of the Denny’s Restaurant building on Route 10 West in Randolph from Star International Inc. to Soccer Evolution, a very successful local retailer. John Schilp of Schilp & Co. represented Star International Inc. and The Blau & Berg Company represented Soccer Evolution in the transaction valued at almost $3 million. Situated on two acres, the 16,000 square foot building with excellent Route 10 accessibility housed the largest in the Denny’s chain of franchised restaurants and was owned by Star International Inc. for five years. The site includes 100 parking spots. Currently at the parking level of the building is Fuse Spa, a high end beauty salon. The space formerly occupied by Denny’s is in the planning stages of being converted into a new upscale restaurant. Soccer Evolutions plans to move its retail operations to this new location soon.
