The award winning Schilp & Co. LLC Realtors of Chester sold a beautiful wooded 52-acre property on Airport Road in Bedminster Township for the Schneider Estate. The new investor owner secured all development approvals to construction a new luxury estate in the classic traditional style prevalent in the area’s renowned “hunt country.” According to managing member John Schilp, Vice President Shirley Loubet of the firm was chosen to market and resell the property for the new investor owner.
He states, “Within record time, Shirley had the property prominently positioned and sold to a custom builder. The builder plans to create an exceptional new estate that blends perfectly with its natural environment and surrounding area.” Other land and farms recently brokered by the professionals at Schilp & Co., LLC Realtors include three parcels at Hickory Run Farms, the 119 acre property with land mark white barn with red trim on Route 513 in Lebanon Township; and a 200-acre farm in Mansfield Township, which will be used by its new owner as a country estate.
