As seen in CHESTER, NJ --- John Schilp, managing member of the award winning Schilp & Co.,LLC Realtors of Chester, announced that the firm utilized a unique, hands on approach to broker the sale of 10,000 s/f of space at 244 Main Street in Ledgewood to Sign-A-Rama, one of Morris County’s foremost sign companies. Schilp represented both the owner of the building and Sign-A-Rama in the deal. According to Schilp, the deal perfectly illustrates how his firm is always proactive in its ability to find the best properties for its clients. The new location, which was once a specialty machine shop, affords Sign-A-Rama with the necessary space for its retail outlet and fabrication facility. Schilp points out that its easily accessible Main Street address also assists the company in its expanding business. Other businesses in this building are a dance studio and karate center. Other retail properties recently brokered by the professionals at Schilp & Co. are more than 38 acres of land zoned for retail shopping on Rte. 206 in Hampton to the well-known developers, Pio-Costa Enterprises of Fairfield; the former Weis Supermarket property which ultimately resulted in the newly opened Shop Rite off Rte. 206 in the Flanders section of Mt. Olive Township; and 16,000 s/f of retail space on Rte. 10 west from Star International, owners of a Denny’s franchise, to Soccer Evolution. |
