Prior to his real estate career, Tom was involved with the design and manufacturing of products for packaging. For the past 15 years, Tom has been active “hands-on” full time in real estate. Tom’s vast experience includes land development of small to large size projects, both residential and commercial.
He has sometimes acted as a principal in the buying and selling of real estate for himself and with others giving him a first hand understanding of what his clients are looking for. Tom is an experienced construction manager for both site improvements and construction of multi-family, townhouse/condominiums, single family residential housing as well as commercial buildings. His enthusiasm for the business combined with his knowledge and experience are an asset to our clients. |
