Schilp & Co. brokers final land deal at business campus

John Schilp, managing member of Schilp & Co. Realtors of Chester, New Jersey, announced the firm brokered the final land deal at the Randolph Business Center, a mixed use business development on Route 10 East in Randolph. R.I.C. LLC of Mountainside, New Jersey, purchased the property and will construct a new 57,000 square foot industrial condominium building with office and warehouse space on the site, providing the town with a clean ratable. The project is scheduled to break ground this month.
Marc Kaye and Walter McDonald, two of the owners of the property, chose Schilp & Co. for the transaction due to the firm’s pro-active marketing expertise.
Kaye states, “John and his team of professionals are tireless in finding the right buyer for each property". The first two phases of the Randolph Business Center were completed in the 1980’s. However, Phase III was put on hold until sanitary sewer service was available.
“By that time, the original partnership decided to move on to other projects, so we decided to sell the land once it had all of its approvals. We went through four years to get approvals for this property, and John was right there with us.”
Silbert Realty represented R.I.C. LLC, which will construct the new industrial space.
This transaction is just one of many recent successes by Schilp & Co. Realtors.
